Prices and methods of payment:
The prices include VAT. The payment of the services is made at the physical office in Otopeni, str. Țebea nr. 16 or by specific means of online payments (by card or payment order).

The "Dullet - Shooting Range & Gun Club Theme" license belonging to ProgressionStudios was acquired by GUNPRO SHOOTING RANGE SRL on 13.09.2020 with supporting documentation. The website allows the public to subscribe to a newsletter service, managed through the Mailchimp e-mailing platform. The data in this form is used solely for the purpose of facilitating the transfer of information to those users who so wish.
Forwarding personal data to third parties:
GUNPRO SHOOTING RANGE SRL does not forward data collected through this platform to third parties. We make a commitment of confidentiality by which we guarantee that personal data is kept secure. Data may also be provided to public institutions or authorities, as well as to other authorized state bodies, based on and within the limits of the legal provisions, following express requests made by them.
Your rights. 679/2016 and, as of May 25, 2018, according to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:
* The right to information on the processing of personal data by GUNPRO SHOOTING RANGE;
* The right to access your personal data, upon request and free of charge for one request per year;
* The right to intervention, rectification, erasure or portability of personal data, upon request and free of charge;
* The right to address the National Supervisory Authority on the Processing of Personal Data (with headquarters in Bucharest, sector 1, B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru, dataprotection.ro) or to justice, for the defense of any rights guaranteed by law;
* The right to object and automated individual decision-making;

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer fully assumes the rights and obligations of the www.gunpro.ro website.
Return policy
For products purchased from the GUNPRO online store, the consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he/she renounces the purchase, without penalty, within 14 working days of receipt of the product. The consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the products.
Reimbursement of the sums will be made no later than 30 days from the date of unilateral termination of the contract by the consumer, without any additional costs other than the direct cost of returning the products.
The refund will be made through the bank, according to the client's request.
Products may be returned that:
- do not exceed 14 days from the date of receipt;
- do not correspond to the specifications mentioned in the order;
- no dents or damage;
- no visible signs of wear;
- packaging and product identification labels are intact;
For digital vouchers purchased online from the GUNPRO website, the consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he/she renounces the purchase, without penalty, within 14 working days of receiving the service, unless the service has not been used within this period. The voucher is then null and void and its serial number and identification number can no longer be used by the beneficiary.
For bookings of services at the GUNPRO shooting range (e.g. shooting packages), the consumer may request a refund of the amount advanced for the booking no later than 48 hours before the date and time for which the booking was made. Requests that come after this period or after the date of the reservation (on the grounds that it has not been honored) will not be refunded.
