Things to know about this voucher:
* The voucher is individual.
* The beneficiary must be at least 18 years of age on the date he/she wishes to use the voucher.
* The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue written on it. The validity of the voucher does not extend beyond the expiry date, if the voucher is not used within the 3 months of validity, it will be canceled without refund of the amount with which it was purchased.
* The voucher is not transferable; the user must carry a valid ID.
* The voucher recipient must make an appointment by phone at least 24 hours before the voucher is to be used. Failure to make an appointment in writing or by telephone in advance will result in the voucher being canceled. If a voucher is canceled for this reason, the amount with which it was purchased will not be refunded.
* The voucher will be sent to you after confirmation of payment.
